Hi Yosef,

I like the list, you definitely have the top tools for each type of monitoring. I find the biggest challenge with monitoring though is how to respond to criticism, or who exactly to engage online. Just watched this presentation, which gives some insight on how to speak to negative comments:

Great list. I have tried most, but haven’t tried How Sociable yet. I also like Co-tweet for when you run more than one Twitter account, and when several other people tweet for an account with you. I also like Klout for analyzing influence.

But if you are looking for a more involved social media monitoring solution that allows you to track and monitor across Twitter, Facebook, MySpace, blogs, online news, and forums / discussion boards, you should try Biz360 Community.
