“Just waking up in the morning gotta thank God…” Man, today was amazing…I woke up at around 6:45am, which is unusual for me cuz I love sleeping in on Saturdays, but I knew I had to attend this the 10th Annual “State of the Black Union.” And I’m so glad I did…If I could compare it to anything, I would say it was the most uplifting and inspiring college lecture I never received! From Dr. Cornel West to Jesse Jackson, the speakers were simply amazing.

The $2,500 India manufactured Tata “Nano” is scheduled for a March 23th, 2009 released date. This 2-cylinder, 4-door 4-passenger car will soon be the latest craze. Na for real, you’d think Apple was behind this. It’s like the iPod Nano version of a Prius.

Tell me something I don’t know…Traffic’s so bad in LA, people don’t even get dressed in the house anymore…No serious, I just hop in the shower, brush my teeth and and throw my clothes in the car. That’s all you really need 2 do. I make sure I got a cooler for my milk and Capn’ Crunch with cups and a spoon so I can have breakfast ready!

Tonight at 10PM PT, CNBC will be airing a special called “NEWBOs: The Rise of America’s New Black Overclass.” The story is based on Lee Hawkins’ (Reporter for the Wall Street Journal and CNBC) forthcoming book with the same title. I find this to be a pretty interesting topic, especially during a time when the majority of African Americans are struggling through a “Great Recession.”

Dell Wasabi came out with a dope ass concept for digital cameras. Apparently, you connect the “Dell Wasabi Inkless Pocket Printer” to the digital camera and print wirelessly through Bluetooth… “Pocket Printer” I still can’t get over that concept! It’s only $99 so I gotta cop…What am I sayin I can’t even afford a digital camera…

R.Kelly is one of the coldest R&B singers of all time… Hands down. Despite the controversy that surrounds him, he always comes through with classics. The only artist I could see following in his footsteps is the self-proclaimed “Radio Killa.” a.k.a The Dream.
