yO’s world: Weekend Rap-Up

Since this is the first weekend of me having my own personal blog, I thought I’d write a quick recap of what my life is like here in LA…You probably don’t really care, but the more I write, the easier it gets, so I’m just gonna keep doin it…Enjoy!

2/7/09 Saturday:
8:00am- Woke up and started downloading music for the gym.
10:00am- Skipped breakfast and headed to LA Fitness in Universal City.
12:00pm- Left the gym to go to the barber shop in Northridge.
1:00pm- Bounced from the barber shop with a clean fade and headed back home.
1:45pm- Grabbed my clothes and headed to the Laundromat in Westwood.
3:00pm- Came back home from the Laundromat and made a sandwich for the first meal of the day.
3:30pm- Created blogs for my mom and sister.
5:00pm- Left the house to get some kicks and check out the iPhone at the Beverly Center Mall.
6:30pm- Left the mall and headed to Elyeese Café in Westwood to catch up on some work.
10:00pm- Grabbed dinner at Izzy’s Deli in Santa Monica.
11:30pm-Got home, brushed my teeth and knocked out.

2/8/09 Sunday:
9:00am- Woke up jumped in the shower and put on Sunday’s best.
10:50am- Stopped @ Pavilions (LA’s Safeway) to pick up an energy bar.
11:03am- Arrived @ church 3 minutes late and find out the main hall is sold out. (Sidebar: Wasn’t really trippin though cuz I understand how packed the 11 o’clock service gets…shouldn’t have stopped for that energy bar!).
12:00pm- Stop by Starbucks to get some tea and do a little work on my blog.
2:00pm- Ended up staying at Starbucks longer then I had planned and watched the Lakers vs. Cav’s game from my laptop using sling…Good lookin Rex.
2:15pm- Finished watching Kobe and the Lakers murk Cleveland…It’s cool though Lebron still got off “pause.”
3:00pm- Ate lunch changed and went down to Santa Monica to cop the shoes I was suppose to cop yesterday.
4:00pm- Picked up some fresh white Adidas Samba’s, that I’ve been meaning to get for a while.
4:30pm- Arrived @ Starbucks to start working on Grammy coverage.
9:00pm- Ended up staying @ Starbucks for 4 ½ hours live blogging the Grammy’s.
9:30pm- Got back home and started working on more Grammy coverage.
11:00pm- Finished “work blogging” for the day and started promoting my own blog online (peep the Lil Weezy article).
11:30pm- Turned off the computer and made dinner for myself: Cereal and toast…Don’t knock it, breakfast is bomb @ night!
12:00am- Finished my “Weekend Rap-Up” and called it a night!

The Grammy’s were pretty dope by the way…The “Swagger Like Us” performance is going down in history and Weezy won “Best Rap Album” and a couple more…Yeezy won some too!…But, man I wish Weezy would’ve won Album of the Year cuz, I would’ve gotten so many more hits on this blog!… It’s all good though, it was still a great weekend!
